Location

The house lies in the serene village Syneti, which is 7 Km from the Andros town (chora) and 3 km from the beach.

Andros is a very picturesque typical Greek island with many cultural events.

It can be reached by ship in tow hours from the port of Rafina (Athens).

Description

This traditional, lately renovated, villa of total surface of 200 sq m is composed of two floors: Ground floor (80 sq m) and first floor (120 sq m).

It has also a court of 50 sq m, verandas 20 sq m and a magnificent view to the sea. It is furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen and a fireplace.
